This Privacy Policy describes how Icedstudio β Le ngoc Minh ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the testprawko.pl mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"). It applies to the App however you obtained it, including from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
In short: there are no accounts, no sign-in, and no cloud sync. Your study progress never leaves your device. The app does make network requests β to load question images and videos, and to report crashes β and those are described below.
The data controller under the GDPR is Icedstudio β Le ngoc Minh, based in Poland (European Union). You can reach us at support@testprawko.pl.
Everything you do in the App β tests you take, scores, statistics, learning progress, saved questions, and settings β is stored only in a local database on your device. It is never transmitted to us, we cannot access it, and we cannot recover it.
The App is not, however, fully offline. Question images and video clips are downloaded on demand from our content delivery network, and the App reports crashes so we can fix them. Both are explained in the table below. Neither involves your study progress.
| Data | When | Purpose & legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Study progress β test results, statistics, answers, settings | While you use the App | Stored only locally on your device so the App can show your progress. It is never sent to us, so we do not process it as a controller. |
| Your IP address and the requested file path, when the App asks our server for a link to a question image or video | Each time media needs loading | To issue a short-lived signed link and to deliver the file. Your IP is used only to route and answer that request and is never written to disk β our server is configured not to log IP addresses. Requests are anonymous β there is no account to tie them to. Legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) |
| Crash and diagnostic data β device model, OS version, app version, crash and error traces, and basic performance and session data | Always, while the App runs | To find and fix bugs and keep the App stable. Collected through Sentry. Legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) |
We do not ask you for your name, email address, or any other identifying detail, and the App has no field in which to enter one.
A small number of providers process data on our behalf, each permitted to use it only to provide their service to us:
Apple Inc. and Google LLC also process data about the App's download and use as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies: Apple and Google.
We may also disclose data where legally required, such as in response to a valid order from a competent authority.
Our server is located in the United Kingdom, a country the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection, so no additional safeguards are required for that transfer.
Cloudflare operates a global network and may serve your request from, or route it through, a location outside the European Economic Area. Sentry processes data in the United States. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EUβUS Data Privacy Framework, providing an appropriate level of protection for your data.
Because your study data is stored locally, you have full control over it:
Note that if you have device backups enabled (iCloud Backup or Google One / Android Backup), your App data may be included in that backup. That copy lives in your own Apple or Google account and is managed from your system settings β we have no access to it.
Your study data is protected by your device's application sandbox and system-level encryption. All network communication is encrypted with TLS. Links to question media are signed and expire after one hour. Because your progress never leaves the device, there is no server holding it that could be breached.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased (the "right to be forgotten"), to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. For this App you exercise those rights directly on your device in practice, because we hold no copy of your data.
For anything relating to correspondence with us, email support@testprawko.pl β we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
If you are a resident of California or another US state with comprehensive privacy legislation, you have comparable rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under such laws.
The App can be used at any age and without an account β in that mode no data reaches us at all. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the App collects no personal data, there is no child profile for us to delete.
The App will evolve, and future versions may add features that require processing data β for example accounts, cloud sync, or AI features. If that happens we will update this Policy before such a feature becomes available, and we will notify you in the App of any material change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
