These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the testprawko.pl mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"), provided by Icedstudio β Le ngoc Minh ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
testprawko.pl is a free study app for practising the theory questions used in the Polish driving licence exam. This version contains practice tests and study features only. There are no user accounts, no sign-in or registration, no cloud sync, no AI features, no payments, and no subscriptions. Everything runs locally on your device.
Important: the App is a study aid, not an official examination tool. We are not affiliated with any regional examination centre (WORD), the Ministry of Infrastructure, or any other public authority, and we do not act on their behalf. Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass the exam and does not replace training at a licensed driving school.
The App requires no account and no personal information, so we impose no age requirement of our own. Your use of the App Store or Google Play is nevertheless subject to Apple's and Google's rules, including their age requirements and parental control settings.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable law, and you agree not to:
The App's source code, user interface, branding, logos, graphics, our own explanations, and the arrangement of its content are the intellectual property of Icedstudio β Le ngoc Minh. These Terms transfer no ownership to you β the personal licence above is all you receive.
The official driving licence exam question bank is published by the competent state authorities and remains their material. We present it in the App for educational purposes and claim no copyright in it.
We make an effort to keep questions, answers, and explanations correct and in line with current law, but we do not warrant that the content in the App is complete, current, or free of errors. Traffic regulations and the official question bank change, and App updates may lag behind those changes.
The App's content is educational and does not constitute legal advice. In case of any discrepancy, the applicable regulations and official materials from the state authorities take precedence. If you spot a mistake, we would be grateful if you reported it to support@testprawko.pl.
The App requires no registration or sign-in. All of your progress, results, and statistics are saved on your device only. This also means that:

This version of the App is free and contains no ads, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions.
We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, the features that are free in the version you downloaded stay free in that version, and any new payment terms will be presented in the App before you buy anything.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give you reasonable advance notice in the App where that is possible.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and we will notify you in the App before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the App after that point means you accept the revised Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor that preparing with it will result in passing the exam. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the statutory warranty and consumer rights you have under mandatory law, including EU consumer protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App β including a failed exam, lost study progress, or the cost of retaking the exam. Nothing here limits our liability for wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are an agreement solely between you and Icedstudio β Le ngoc Minh β not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, or consumer protection claims, nor for investigating or defending any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the latter takes precedence.
If you obtained the App from Google Play, these Terms are between you and Icedstudio β Le ngoc Minh, not Google LLC. Google is not responsible for the App or its content and provides no support for it. Your use of Google Play is additionally governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
